Types of event tents

Pagoda tent
A square tent with one tall peaked roof, good for a small party, a bar or a few side by side.
Crown tent
A larger tent whose roof has several peaks, like a crown, good for weddings and bigger parties.
Gable tent
A rectangular tent with a roof like a house, good for a party, a fair or a market stall.
Pop-up tent
A light tent on a folding frame that opens quickly, good for a yard, a fair or shade from sun and rain.
Modular marquee
A large tent on a sturdy aluminium frame that can be made longer section by section, good for big weddings, events and company parties.

A round dome made of triangular frame parts, good for a special event, a party or an exhibition.
Questions
How much does event tent rental cost in Kaunas?
Most operators quote a price per event without saying how many days it covers, or publish no prices at all. Of those that publish a day price, a tent in Kaunas costs from 35 €. From published prices, a 3x3 m pop-up tent costs 45 to 80 €, a 5x10 m tent 150 to 300 €, a 6x12 m tent (up to 80 guests) 270 to 300 €, and large stretch, arch and modular tents 250 to 950 €. Some quote prices before VAT.
How many guests fit in a tent?
From the figures operators give, a guest needs about 1 m²: a 6x6 m tent takes about 35 to 40 guests, 6x12 m about 80, a 100 m² tent about 100. We show the number of guests for each tent when the operator gives it.
Does the operator set the tent up?
Large tents are almost always brought, set up and taken down by the operator, and some do not allow self-assembly. Some include setup in the price, but on paving or concrete it may cost more. Some let you pick up a small pop-up tent and put it up yourself.
Can I rent tables, chairs and heaters with it?
Yes, most tent operators rent out furniture too, and many also heaters, lighting or flooring. From published prices a folding chair costs 1.50 to 3 €, a table from 10 € and a gas heater 60 to 85 €. The "Furniture", "Heaters" and "Flooring" filters show them.
Can I rent a tent for several days?
Yes. Prices are usually per event, and a longer rental is agreed separately. Some operators put the tent up a few days before the party, others rent for a whole season.
How do I book?
Tick one or more operators and send one request with your dates and place. We pass it on to them and they answer you directly by email or phone. Operators marked "Book online" show their free dates and take bookings right away.
