A short season, and everyone calls at once
When it snows, the phone rings all evening, and on Saturday morning there is a queue at the counter.
Sizes explained over the phone
Height, weight, boot size and ski length for every family member. One call takes 5 minutes, and in the evening nobody picks up.
The same kit promised twice
One person writes it in the notebook, another answers on Messenger, and on Saturday you are short of size 43 boots.
A queue at the counter
While you measure, pick and fit skis, other customers wait, and some of them drive off to someone else.
Weather changes plans
It thaws, the snow is gone, and then come the bank transfer refunds and the haggling over who owes what.
Built for ski rental, not hair salons
General booking tools count time slots. Ski rental needs sizes, kits and stock.
Ski lengths and boot sizes with stock
Set how many you have of each length and boot size. A kit's stock follows the part you have fewest of, so nobody can book what isn't there.
Every skier's details in advance
When booking, the customer enters height, weight, age and boot size for each person. Wrong values are flagged straight away, and you set the DIN at the counter with all the details in hand.
Day, weekend and season prices
A day price, an extra day price and packages for a weekend, a week or the whole season. Longer rentals combine packages automatically.
The whole family in one payment
The customer puts several kits, helmets and goggles into one booking. One payment, one pick-up and one conversation.
Boots, poles and helmet in one tap
If a kit has no boots or helmet, the booking form offers yours, in the right size.
Inventory numbers
At hand-out you pick the exact skis by your sticker number. You see who has skis no. 14 right now, and mark them for repair when they come back.
Pick-up with a QR code
The customer gets a QR code by email. Scan it with your phone, see the sizes and what is already paid, tap "Hand out". On return: "All good" or "Problem".
Walk-ins and phone bookings
Add them at the counter in seconds. They use the same stock, so nobody books online skis you have already handed out.
Your cancellation rules and opening hours
Set until when cancelling is free and how much is refunded later, how late bookings are accepted and at what times gear can be picked up. If you cancel, the customer is refunded automatically.
Staff logins
Up to 20 staff can hand out and take back gear. They see only today's work, not your revenue or settings.
What your day looks like
Real Loopfolk screens, not mock-ups.

Questions from rental shops
What gear does it work for?
Downhill and cross-country skis, snowboards, ski boots, helmets and goggles, kids' sets, and also winter tents and other gear rented by the day.
What if there is no snow, or it gets too cold?
Your cancellation rules apply: you set until when cancelling is free and how much is refunded later. If you cancel a booking yourself, the customer gets the full amount back automatically, with no bank transfers.
Can I rent for the whole season?
Yes. Create a package, for example 30 days or the whole season, with your own price. Longer rentals combine packages automatically.
What about DIN settings?
The customer enters height, weight, age and boot size in advance. You set the DIN at the counter as you do today, but with all the details and the kit ready.
Our customers like to call. Does this still work?
Keep the phone. Add phone bookings and walk-ins at the counter in seconds, so stock is always right. Online bookings come from people who don't want to call or who book in the evening.
Do I need to change my website?
No. Add a booking button or an inventory widget to your current site, put the link on Instagram and your Google profile, and print the QR code for the counter.
How long does it take to start?
We move your gear, prices and photos over from your website or price list ourselves, usually within 2 working days. You check the stock, add your terms and connect payouts.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by card in your name: you are the seller, and Loopfolk keeps only its fee. The money goes to your bank account through Stripe once the gear is returned.
Does it work outside Lithuania?
Yes, for rental shops in euro countries. Customers pay by card through Stripe in your name, and the money goes to your own bank account. Your booking page and emails are in English and Lithuanian today.
Get a free preview with your own skis
Send your shop's name and website. We will build a private preview with your gear and prices and send it to you, usually within 2 working days.
Renting more than skis?
The same system works for kayaks, campervans, bikes and camping gear.
