Every enquiry on Facebook or by phone starts with the same questions: is it free, where to bring it and what it costs.
The same questions every evening
Is it free on Saturday, how many people fit, is firewood included. You answer on Messenger while the customer has already asked another rental.
Delivery priced by hand
The customer writes a village name, you look it up on a map, count the kilometres and reply with a price. Sometimes it turns out to be too far.
Booked, then silence
Without payment up front the weekend stays held, and the customer changes their mind on Friday evening. Too late to rent it to anyone else.
Notes in a notebook and on the phone
With several tubs or saunas it is easy to promise the same day twice, or forget you need time to clean and refill.

A hot tub travels to the customer, so a booking needs more than a date: the address, the distance and the delivery price.
The address on a map
The renter types the address or drops a pin on the map, even for a homestead without an exact address. You see the exact spot, not only the village.
Delivery price by distance
Set how many km are free, the price per km, whether to count both ways, the lowest price and the furthest you drive. Renters see the price at once, and places too far away can't be booked.
Day, weekend and package prices
Different prices on weekdays and weekends, a weekend package, the fewest days and a free day for cleaning between rentals.
Firewood, whisks and other extras
Renters add extras at your price when they book: firewood, water delivery, sauna whisks, bathrobes. They are added to the total.
Card payment when booking
The renter pays by card in your name straight away, so a date is only taken once it is paid for. The money goes to your bank account through Stripe.
Address and route for the driver
Today's list shows where to go, how many km, the renter's note (gate code, where to set it up) and opens the route in Google Maps in one tap.
Bookings by phone
Add customers who called or messaged in seconds. They take the same day in the calendar, so nobody can book it online.
Your cancellation rules and deposit
Set until when cancelling is free, how much comes back later, and whether you ask for a deposit. If you cancel, the renter is refunded automatically.
Your page, link and QR code
A booking page with your logo, a link for Facebook and Instagram, a button for your website and a QR code for the tub or trailer.

For example, after your first 20 bookings, a hot tub for the weekend at 150 €: Loopfolk fee 3 €, card fee about 2.50 €. You keep 144.50 €.
Card fees are Stripe's rate, paid by the rental business, about 1.5% + 0.25 €.
Questions
What is it for?
Mobile hot tubs, hot tubs on trailers, mobile saunas, saunas with a hot tub and anything else you rent by the day or weekend and bring to the customer.
How is the distance counted?
From the item's address to the spot the renter marked: the straight line times 1.25, close to the road distance. The price is always the same for the renter and for you, and you set the free km, the price per km and the furthest distance.
Can renters pick it up themselves?
Yes. In your settings choose: renters pick up, you always deliver, or the renter chooses. No delivery price is added for a pickup.
Can I take a deposit up front?
For now the renter pays the full price by card when booking. If they cancel, they get back what your cancellation rules say, so you know in advance what you keep.
What if the renter cancels because of the weather?
Your rules apply: you set until when cancelling is free and how much comes back later. If you cancel the booking, the renter gets the full amount back automatically.
Our customers like to message on Messenger. Does that work?
Yes. Reply with a link to your page: they will see the free dates and the delivery price themselves. You add callers yourself in seconds.
Do I need to change my website?
No. Add a booking button to your website, a link on Facebook and Instagram, and put the QR code on the trailer.
How long does it take to start?
We move your hot tubs, prices, extras and photos from your website or ads ourselves, usually within 2 working days. You check the prices, add your terms and connect payouts.
How do I get paid?
Renters pay by card in your name: you are the seller, and Loopfolk keeps only its fee. The money goes to your bank account through Stripe once the rental ends.
